1. Acceptable Use Policy<\/h3>\r\n

This acceptable use policy sets out the terms under which you may access our Services. It applies as soon as you access and\/or use our Services. Check the Customer Agreement for the meaning of defined words (those with capital letters).<\/p>\r\n

2. What you cannot do<\/h3>\r\n

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our Services:<\/p>\r\n

2.1.<\/strong> In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;<\/p>\r\n

2.2.<\/strong> In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;<\/p>\r\n

2.3.<\/strong> For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way;<\/p>\r\n

2.4.<\/strong> For anything that is abusive or does not comply with our content standards;<\/p>\r\n

2.5.<\/strong> For any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of spam; or to engage in harmful programs like viruses or spyware or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.<\/p>\r\n

3. We do not provide our Services to businesses or support transactions which involve:<\/h3>\r\n

3.1.<\/strong> Tobacco, narcotics, steroids, cannabis, certain controlled substances, or other products that present a risk to consumer safety;<\/p>\r\n

3.2.<\/strong> Drug paraphernalia (equipment, product, or material that is modified for making, using, or concealing drugs);<\/p>\r\n

3.3.<\/strong> Seeds or plants;<\/p>\r\n

3.4.<\/strong> Chemicals;<\/p>\r\n

3.5.<\/strong> Military & semi-military goods & services (including weapons, military software or technologies); adult content;<\/p>\r\n

3.6.<\/strong> Individuals, entities or countries who\/which are subject to international sanctions.<\/p>\r\n

4. We do not provide our Services to the following categories of entities:<\/h3>\r\n

4.1.<\/strong> Charities (unless they are established in Canada, European Economic Area (\u201cEEA\u201d), Switzerland, US or New Zealand);<\/p>\r\n

4.2.<\/strong> Unregistered UK charities;<\/p>\r\n

4.3.<\/strong> Trusts (unless they are established in Canada, EEA or Switzerland).<\/p>\r\n

5. You also agree:<\/h3>\r\n

5.1.<\/strong> Not to copy or use any part of our Services in contravention of the provisions of our Customer Agreement;<\/p>\r\n

5.2.<\/strong> Not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:<\/p>\r\n

5.2.1.<\/strong> Any part of our Services;<\/p>\r\n

5.2.2.<\/strong> Any equipment or network on which our Website is stored;<\/p>\r\n

5.2.3.<\/strong> Any software used in the provision of our Services;<\/p>\r\n

5.2.4.<\/strong> Any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third-party.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

6. Content standards<\/h3>\r\n

These content standards apply to any material you contribute to our Services (\u201ccontributions\u201d).<\/p>\r\n

6.1.<\/strong> Contributions must:<\/p>\r\n

6.1.1.<\/strong> Be accurate;<\/p>\r\n

6.1.2.<\/strong> Be genuinely held (where they state opinions); and comply with applicable law in Lithuania and in any country from which they are posted or to which they relate.<\/p>\r\n

6.2.<\/strong> Contributions must not:<\/p>\r\n

6.2.1.<\/strong> Contain any material which is defamatory;<\/p>\r\n

6.2.2.<\/strong> Contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;<\/p>\r\n

6.2.3.<\/strong> Promote sexually explicit material;<\/p>\r\n

6.2.4.<\/strong> Promote violence;<\/p>\r\n

6.2.5.<\/strong> Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;<\/p>\r\n

6.2.6.<\/strong> Infringe any copyright, database right or trademark of any other person;<\/p>\r\n

6.2.7.<\/strong> Be likely to deceive any person;<\/p>\r\n

6.2.8.<\/strong> Be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;<\/p>\r\n

6.2.9.<\/strong> Promote any illegal activity;<\/p>\r\n

6.2.10.<\/strong> Be threatening in any way, abusive or invade another\u2019s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;<\/p>\r\n

6.2.11.<\/strong> Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;<\/p>\r\n

6.2.12.<\/strong> Be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;<\/p>\r\n

6.2.13.<\/strong> Give the impression that they relate to us, if this is not the case;<\/p>\r\n

6.2.14.<\/strong> Advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.<\/p>\r\n

7. Suspension and termination<\/h3>\r\n

We alone will determine whether there has been a breach of this acceptable use policy through your use of our Services.<\/p>\r\n

We take any breach of this policy seriously and may take the following actions:<\/p>\r\n

7.1.<\/strong> Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Services;<\/p>\r\n

7.2.<\/strong> Suspend or cancel your payment orders and take other actions that we consider necessary;<\/p>\r\n

7.3.<\/strong> Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you;<\/p>\r\n

7.4.<\/strong> Issue a warning;<\/p>\r\n

7.5.<\/strong> Conducting a legal action against you including proceedings for reimbursement of all costs on an \u201call expenses\u201d basis;<\/p>\r\n

7.6.<\/strong> Reporting and disclosure of information to law enforcement authorities.<\/p>\r\n

8. Changes to the acceptable use policy<\/h3>\r\n
