1. A 50% discount, hereinafter referred to as the “50% discount”, is applicable solely to the account opening fee and does not affect other associated fees.
2. Submitting a Business Account application does not guarantee approval. SatchelPay UAB reserves the right to deny account opening based on its internal Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Please review the list of countries on our blacklist and the list of required documents.
3. The 50% discount is granted only after the confirmation of the account opening.
4. The discount applies to applicants who submitted an online account opening application during the period between November 25th and December 9th, 2024 (inclusive), GMT+2 time.
5. The 50% discount is exclusively available to applicants who apply through the respective banner at the top of this article.
6. Once the account opening is confirmed, the client will receive an email notification confirming the approval of the application. The discount is activated after the client pays the remaining 50% of the account opening fee within 5 working days of receiving the email. Otherwise, the client will be charged the full account opening fee without any discount.
7. The 5-day period is calculated based on business days according to the Lithuanian calendar. Weekends and holidays are not included in this calculation.
8. The payment is considered successful when the Business Account opened with SatchelPay UAB is funded by the client in an amount equivalent to 50% of the account opening fee. This amount will be automatically debited from the account and credited as payment for the account opening fee.
9. The offer includes the free issue of 1 virtual prepaid card and 1 plastic prepaid card. Cards can be ordered by the client after successful payment of the amount due for opening the account. Please note that charges for the plastic card delivery are not included in the offer.

Please review these terms and conditions attentively before submitting your BaaS or White Label Card program application:

1. A 10% discount on the “BaaS setup fee” and “White Label Card program setup fee”, hereinafter referred to as the “10% discount”, applies exclusively to the setup fee and does not impact other associated fees.
2. The 10% discount is applied only after the contract for the provision of the service has been signed.
3. The discount is available to applicants who submitted an online application during the period between November 25th and December 9th, 2024 (inclusive), GMT+2 time.
4. The 10% discount is exclusively available to applicants who apply through the respective banner at the top of this article.
5. The discount is available only to new clients who have not previously applied for the service.
6. Once the contract for the provision of services is signed, the client will receive an email notification. The discount is activated after the client pays the remaining 90% of the setup fee within 5 business days of receiving the email. Otherwise, the client will be charged the full setup fee without any discount.
