New Missing Credit

In order to securely and quickly allocate the funds, our team, which takes care of Missing Credit issues, checks the unallocated funds’ account. If the money has arrived, we immediately transfer them to you.

If, for any reason, the team is unable to track and determine the funds indicated in the Missing Credit Report, we annulate the Report in a week time and inform you about the inability to trace the money. In this case, you will have to resolve the issue with your sender, by gaining evidence that the funds were actually transferred. Such evidence could be presented by a SWIFT /MT103 verification message for international wire transfers from the sending bank. The next step after you receive the message, is attaching it to the Missing Credit Report, and resubmitting it.
