Satchel and BC Rytas Join HOLD.EARTH Tree-Planting Initiative
Vilnius, Lithuania – April 25, 2024 – Satchel, a leading European digital banking provider, has teamed up with the Vilnius Rytas basketball club to champion environmental sustainability through the hold.earth tree-planting initiative. This eco-conscious event took place on April 25, 2024, in Onuskis, a town situated near the Lithuanian capital.
While plastic payment cards continue to be a core product in Satchel’s offering, the company remains mindful of the ecological footprint associated with their usage and actively promotes the transition to virtual cards. In the meantime, Satchel is dedicated to supporting initiatives that foster environmental preservation and sustainability.
